A Queensland mother’s drug habit was exposed after her young son took her stash to school for show and tell.
Belinda Michelle Gillam appeared at Maroochydore Magistrates Court on Thursday where she pleaded guilty to possessing a dangerous drug.
Gillam’s habit for smoking marijuana was exposed when her boy found her personal collection.

According to the Sunshine Coast Daily, the gallery burst into laughter when they realised how the 41-year-old got caught.
After her son took the drugs to school for his show and tell, police attended Gillam’s home in Baringa on September 18.
Police found 32g of marijuana in a jar and another 1.3g in a separate bowl.
While Magistrate Rod Madsen was laughing when it was revealed Gillam’s son exposed her habit, he also said the situation was ‘quite sad’.
‘I’m hopeful this is a huge wake-up call for you… I’m sure you’re very embarrassed,’ he said.
The 41-year-old was placed on a drug diversion program and had no conviction recorded.
