RHONJ’s Joe Giudice shows off his splits, martial arts moves, and weight loss… as he fights deportation in Italy

The Real Housewives of New Jersey’s Joe Giudice showed off his impressive prison weight loss and martial arts moves in a shirtless video of him working out in a dojo in his native Italy on Wednesday.

The 47-year-old father-of-four – who also earned his GED in prison – is now limber and strong enough to flex his whittled 5ft5in frame into the splits.

‘I’m going to come back and we’re going to fight,’ Joe (born Giuseppe) told his daughter Gia in the video.

‘Gotta fight your way back. Never give up.’

During his three years incarcerated at Fort Dix Federal Correctional Institution, Giudice slimmed down by ‘changing his diet, working out, and quitting alcohol’ – according to People.

The 18-year-old Rutgers University freshman complimented her father’s coach Zio Pete and captioned the post: ‘We come back stronger than before. The fight [is] just starting.’

Next month, the Saronno-born ex-con will reunite with Gia and his three younger daughters – Gabriella, 15; Milania, 14; and Audriana, 10 – with wife Teresa when they visit.

In the 10th season preview of The Real Housewives Of New Jersey – premiering November 6 on Bravo – Teresa told co-star Jennifer Aydin she wasn’t sure she was still in love with Joe.

‘I haven’t been happy in so long,’ Giudice (born Gorga) admitted.

‘And I just want to be happy again. I feel like I’m living the worst nightmare ever.’
