In the video which was taken backstage at the BGT auditions, Ant complained to Dec that he had nowhere to place his hands after having his trouser pockets sewn up.

He joked to his presenting partner: ‘You look comfy with you hands in your pockets stood there,’ leading Dec to awkwardly respond: ‘I am.’

Ant then explained: ‘I can’t do that. They’ve sewn up my pockets. The pockets were really flarey right, so every time I put my hands in them went out wide like that.

‘So my stylist thought it would be better to sew my pockets up.’
