Brianna Rollins wins 100m hurdles as Great Britain's Cindy Ofili finishes in fourth place, with Americans dominating the podium positions

  • Ofili did finish two-hundredths of a second behind Kristi Castlin, who captured the bronze medal
  • The United States’s Nia Ali managed to take the silver medal as the Americans topped the rankings

Brianna Rollins won the gold medal as the United States dominated the women’s 100m hurdles on Wednesday night.

She was only one of three Americans to finish in the medal positions - Nia Ali and Kristi Castlin won the silver and bronze medals respectively. 

Great Britain’s Cindy Ofili just missed out on a podium place after finishing fourth, only a two-hundredth of a second behind Castlin.
