Ferne McCann changed her life in 2018 with a huge health overhaul. 

And two years down the line, the former TOWIE star, 29, has stuck to her gruelling diet and exercise regime to ensure she maintains her sensational frame, which she gained after the arrival of her daughter Sunday in November 2017. 

Taking to her dedicated nutrition Instagram page, she shared a series of snaps depicting her diet and also her exercise regime.

As part of a 30 day challenge, Ferne has been detailing the ins and outs of her diet to show fans how she maintains her stunning physique. 

Ferne, who is an ambassador for dieting scheme Herbalife, revealed she uses meal replacement shakes from the dieting giant.

Proving to fans she can maintain her diet while out and about, she revealed she had a Kale Caesar Salad from ‘healthy’ fast food eatery Leon, ringing in at 430 calories.

She revealed there are also days when she gives into her hankering for a takeaway by cooking healthy alternatives to keep her calories managed.

On how she originally shed the pounds, Ferne revealed: ‘For me, it’s all about making healthy choices, not starving yourself or denying yourself every day.

‘I try to make healthy choices but it’s not like I cut out carbs or alcohol or Chinese takeaways completely because they are things that I absolutely love. You have to treat yourself or else I think you’d be miserable.’

On her Herbalife journey, she wrote on the website: ‘My Herbalife Nutrition journey began when I was pregnant. I was blown away by my friend Danielle Armstrong’s body transformation. 

‘She had completely changed her body shape by dropping 21 lbs in body weight & gained 7 lbs of lean muscle. She was glowing and looked absolutely incredible. I couldn’t believe this was all down to Herbalife Nutrition. 

‘I had always been fairly cynical towards Herbalife & thought it was another FAD diet. However Danni changed my whole perspective by explaining that Herbalife Nutrition is a healthy, balanced lifestyle.’
