The convicted gunman and career criminal accused of shooting two NYPD officers, killing one, has died from his injuries.
Lashwn McNeil, 47, has been in critical condition since he was shot by a third ‘hero’ cop after he ambushed the two officers when his mother called 911, pleading for help, at her Harlem apartment last Friday.
Newlywed cop Jason Rivera, 22, was killed and his partner, Wilbert Mora, 27, was critically injured in the ambush.
