DailyMailTV’s Jesse Palmer puts his taste buds to the test in a chicken wing showdown on Snoop and Martha’s Potluck Party Challenge

Martha Stewart and Snoop Dog are best pals who love a friendly competition and on their hit VH1 show they go head-to-head in the kitchen.

DailyMailTV’s own Jesse Palmer stepped on the culinary field for Wednesday’s upcoming game-time showdown episode of Martha and Snoop’s Potluck Party Challenge.

Palmer was joined as a guest judge on a tasty chicken wing face-off by Olympic gold medalist Laurie Hernandez, as well as Michael Strahan and Michael Rapaport who served as teammates for the hosts.

The unlikely duo of Martha and Snoop have happily shared the screen since 2016’s Martha & Snoop’s Potluck Dinner Party.

They later kicked things up a notch in a new show, Potluck Challenge, by going head-to-head with their own personal twists on the dish of the day which is then critiqued by celebrity guest judges.

Now, in season three of the Emmy-nominated series, Martha and Snoop chose to showcase two different mouth watering versions of tailgate classic, wings, for their Championship Chow Down.

DailyMailTV got to sit down with the hosts to ask just what it is about their special pairing that is so magical and Snoop positively gushed.

‘She’s everything I need in my life, as far as what I’m missing,’ he continued. ‘I need this in my life. I need someone I feel like I can come to and feel like I don’t have to do everything.’

To lighten the mood he also joked that he’s become more of a drinker since partnering with the domestic goddess because her cocktails are ‘so good.’

This season the hosts welcomed a roster of big stars to help them serve up some delicious competition like Paris Hilton, Matthew McConaughey, Tiffany Haddish, Octavia Spencer and Jimmy Kimmel.

The chicken wing challenge comes just in time for football play-offs and other themed culinary challenges line up perfectly with Father’s Day, Friendsgiving and, of course, Snoop’s high holiday 4/20.

For the Championship Chow Down battle, guests Michael Rapaport and Michael Strahan assisted Snoop and Martha, respectively, as their teammates in the kitchen.

DJ MC Lyte kept the audience in good spirits while the foursome dredged, fried and sauced their wings to a scrumptious conclusion.
