The mother-of-one accessorised with a large grey scarf and wore her brunette locks scraped back from her face.
Marius opted for a camel trench coat to combat the rainy weather, along with a T-shirt, jeans and white Nike trainers.
Kara and Marius made their first public appearance at the Wimbledon tennis championships in the summer of 2017.

The couple are toying with the idea of getting married in Marius’ native Norway later this year.
Speaking during an appearance on ITV’s Lorraine last year, the actress revealed the couple will be tying the knot sometime in 2020.
She said: ‘Well, (the wedding) is in the schedule. Do we do it in Norway? That would be nice, but it’s getting everyone over there. Yeah, it’s in the plan.’
The pair became parents for the first time in November 2018, when they welcomed son Frey into the world.
Speaking about the experience of starting a family with Marius, Kara said: ‘He [Marius] is rather lovely, isn’t he? I did well.

Dial M for Murder is a modern adaptation of the 1954 thriller, starring TV and stage favourites including Tom Chambers, (Top Hat, Strictly Come Dancing) and Sally Bretton (Not Going Out, The Office, Death in Paradise).
Chambers stars as the manipulative character Tony Wendice, a jaded ex-tennis pro who has given it all up for his wife Margot.
But when he discovers she has been unfaithful his mind turns to revenge in the form of a ‘perfect crime’.
