Johnson’s attacks started at 5pm on June 17 in Fayette Street in Indianapolis.

Two women were walking out of an apartment when they saw him urinating outside.

He yelled at the women and approached them.

According to court documents Johnson grabbed one of the women from behind, wrapped his arm around her neck and threw her to the ground.

The other woman said she was going to call the police, leading him to yell at her and leave the area.

Around 6.20pm another woman reported to police that she was being attacked by a man in a parking lot near the intersection of New York and Alabama streets while taking out her recycling.

She said the man approached her and asked for a hug.

When she refused and tried to get back into her car, the man stopped her from closing the door and pointed a knife at her.

She kicked and screamed and bumped her head and lost a shoe in the struggle before bystanders ran over and helped her, chasing the man away.

On June 18 around 1.45pm cops were called to Veterans Memorial Plaza following a report that several women were attacked by a man with a knife who matched the June 17 suspect.

In that attack a 54-year-old woman, 49-year-old woman and a 21-year-old woman h told police they were attacked in the park.

Two of them said they were sitting on a park bench when the suspect approached them, asked for hugs, and asked if they wanted to ‘hook up’.

When the women refused, the suspect brandished a knife and told them he had already stabbed three people. He proceeded to sit between the women on the bench.

The third woman in the incident was napping on a blanket in the park when they walked by and he attacked all three women.

One woman suffered a swollen lip and scratches, another a laceration on her right ear and she was able to hear out of that ear, and another suffered a potentially broken ankle.

Just minutes later cops received a report of a woman stabbed in the neck in the area of Illinois and Walnut streets. She said a man approached her and started talking to her and she ignored him.

He then walked in front of her and got in her face, so she removed her headphones.

He said: ‘I just want to spend 15 minutes with you.’

The woman said she raised up her hands for him to stay back and he threw her to the ground saying he wanted to have sex with her.

The man then stabbed her multiple times. The woman was able to escape and realized she was covered in blood.

‘We look up and we see a woman is being attacked,’ witness Teresa Jackson said to WTHR.

‘I’ve never seen so much blood in my life. I was just hoping that she was going to be OK,’ her husband Jeff Jackson added.

Cops said she suffered stab wounds to the neck and shoulder and had cuts to her left hand.

She was transported to Methodist Hospital in critical condition and suffered significant blood loss and a potential injury to her right internal jugular vein.

Civilians nearby watching the attack unfold stopped the man and held him down until police arrived. Jeff Jackson was one of the Good Samaritans who held take Johnson down.

Once with police, Johnson claimed he got ‘beat up by some females’ prior to his arrest and one of them ‘been a man who turned into a woman’, as per court documents.

He then alleged that multiple times a day people came out of time machines to bother him and he was being chased by naked men and didn’t know why.

When asked who the president was, he did not know.
