Nadia Bartel has discussed parenting her two young children following her split from AFL star Jimmy Bartel, 35.

While co-hosting Studio 10’s Derby Day broadcast on Saturday, the fashion blogger, 34, opened up about raising her sons Aston, three, and Henley, one, following her separation from her husband after five years of marriage.

‘My boys mean everything to me. My little one, Henley, just turned one last week. A really big milestone if you’re a mum,’ she said.

‘They keep me very busy. They’re both very different as well. Different personalities,’ she added.

Nadia made her appearance in a stunning white dress, designed by Dion Lee, which  featured gathered detailing and billowed sleeves pulled in at the cuff.

She styled her locks in loose waves which fell effortlessly by her shoulders and wore a white hat.

That same month, she also served as a red carpet reporter for Seven’s coverage of the Brownlow Medal count.

Nadia’s hosting role at the Brownlow Medal was announced just weeks after it was revealed she had split from her husband, Jimmy, after five years of marriage.

It is believed the Bartels separated ‘in early July and are not speaking to one another’, but the split wasn’t made public until August 15.

At the time, she told the Herald Sun: ‘It’s been a very difficult month for me and the boys.’

‘My single focus now is to continue to protect, care and provide for my two beautiful boys as this is a personal matter. I am so thankful for my very supportive family and friends.’

Jimmy, who previously played for the Geelong Cats in the Australian Football League (AFL), is now in a relationship with Melbourne-based socialite Lauren Mand.
