The Netflix sensation Tiger King explores at-length a conspiracy theory that animal rights activist Carole Baskin murdered her missing husband, multi-millionaire Don Lewis.

The conspiracy has captivated not only viewers, but O.J. Simpson, who is convinced Carole fed her husband to their tigers.

The former actor, who has famously been accused of murder as well, said he had ‘not a shred of doubt’ Carole was responsible for the killing while lamenting on the series via Twitter on Wednesday.

O.J., who was sensationally acquitted of the brutal murders of Nicole Simpson and Ron Goldman, had just finished a round of golf when he decided to share his thoughts on the series.

‘Yesterday I watched the show, and oh my God, is America in this bad of shape?’ He asked.

‘I watched about six episodes of this show and I couldn’t believe what I was looking at. White people! What’s with you and wild animals? Leave them animals alone!

‘The show is crazy, but it’s so crazy, you kind of keep watching. One thing I will say – there’s not a shred of doubt in my mind that that lady’s husband is Tiger sashimi right now,’ he said, shaking his head. ‘I’m just saying!’

Tiger King tells the real-life story of a zoo owner called Joe Exotic, who spirals out of control amid a cast of eccentric characters in this true murder-for-hire story from the underworld of big cat breeding.

Don went missing in 1997 and despite being declared dead, a body has never been found.

This led to Carole being accused of her husband’s murder by rival animal owner Joe Exotic, though she has always protested her innocence.

She said she Don either fled to Costa Rica, or he thrown off a plane over the Gulf Of Mexico. His car was recovered at an airfield in Pasco County.

Detectives have said there was no way one of Don’s private planes could have held enough fuel to take him all the way to Costa Rica, after Carole said he would often fly below the radar because he had lost his pilot’s licence.

Carole has since married second husband Howard, and she addressed claims made by Joe Exotic that she could have killed her husband and fed to him her tigers.

She has never been charged with any crime.
