Strictly’s Oti Mabuse keeps quiet on THAT 3am nightcap with Kelvin Fletcher

She hit the headlines earlier this week after she was photographed having a 3:30am nightcap with married former Emmerdale star Kelvin Fletcher, 36, in London.

And Oti Mabuse keeps quiet on the saga -which saw Kelvin’s wife Liz unfollow him on Instagram after the night out- as she appears on The Graham Norton Show, set to air on Friday.

The Strictly winner, 29, who is said to be ‘devastated’ to speculation on her friendship with the actor, instead discusses her other show The Greatest Dancer.

Talking about her role as a Dance Captain, Oti says: ‘I am the nice person. To critique someone on something they have worked so hard for is very difficult.

‘I never want to be the judge who says, “you’re not good enough” but, I will have to learn because eventually I will have to do it.’

Asked about disappointing really young children on the show, she says, ‘That is the hardest part. I’m always in bits.’

Talk soon turned to Strictly and Oti was joined on the sofa by Alan Carr who revealed: ‘They ask me to do it every year, and I say, ‘No’ because it’s too much like hard work.’

‘I used to be able to slutdrop, but I can’t anymore, I’m at that age. I like Oops Upside Your Head because you get to sit down.

The comedian then showed off his moves, with Oti judging his flair.

Meanwhile, Strictly bosses are reportedly fearful Oti, who is married to German dancer Marius Lepure, may quit after being left ‘devastated’ by the 3am nightcap saga.

A source told The Sun: ‘Oti is a massive asset for the show. But at the moment she is very unhappy and upset at all the reports and has been left saying “do I really need all this BS?”.

‘She is married and has a lot of respect for Kelvin’s wife and wouldn’t carry on in this way. They are dance partners and friends and that’s it. Some people close to Oti are worried she will just eventually throw her hands up and pack it in.

‘She has a great TV career in her own right on the Greatest Dancer and there would be a queue of producers lining up to work with her.’

When contacted by MailOnline, representatives for Strictly Come Dancing declined to comment.

The drama started when Liz decided to unfollow Kelvin on Instagram after it got ‘too much’ seeing the pictures of her husband out late at night.

Liz was reportedly ‘upset and angry’ her husband was pictured enjoying a night cap until 3am on Saturday morning with his dancer partner Oti.

Kelvin rushed home to reassure his wife and insisted the drama will ‘all blow over’.

Speaking to The Sun, the Strictly Come Dancing 2019 winner said: ‘Everything is amazing. I am just a little bit bewildered by all the attention. But I am sure it will all blow over.’

Kelvin and his wife put on a united display on Wednesday, with Liz wearing her wedding ring once again as they emerged from their family home together.

He later shared a Valentine’s Day post cuddling up to Liz and wrote: ‘Happy Valentines ❤️@eliza_marsland’.

The Graham Norton Show airs on Friday on BBCOne at 10.35pm.
