COVID-19 cases in Victoria have surged in recent weeks.
And former Gogglebox star Yvie Jones revealed last week that she underwent a test for the virus after developing a sore throat.
However, on Tuesday, she told Daily Mail Australia that she has tested negative after waiting five days for her results.

Earlier in the day, the reality star shared a picture of herself in a doctor’s office, without wearing a mask, and captioned it: ‘Maybe they can check on my result too, been calling that hotline all day with no luck.’
It appears she had no luck at the doctor’s as she went on to post a number of videos while she was on hold with the hotline awaiting her results.
After plenty of waiting, Yvie finally got through and explained what happened on the call.

‘Because its been over five days they said that they should be able to get the results. They are calling pathology and will text me by the end of the day,’ she explained.
She went on to tell fans she was tested at the Melbourne Sports and Aquatic Centre in Albert Park.
And while she said that her throat was still ‘really sore’, she wasn’t displaying any other symptoms.
